This article explores a comprehensive scoring model for evaluating the efficiency of the financial mechanism in agricultural enterprises. Based on six key indicators, including investment activity and liquidity, this approach is analyzed within the context of agro-industrial clusters in Uzbekistan. Using official statistical data, financial risks are identified, and scientific proposals are developed to enhance the effectiveness of credit resources and state subsidies usage to ensure financial stability in the sector
