Совершенствование гидродинамических режимов в трубчатом теплообменнике путём применения внутренних стержневых вставок
Abstract
This article presents the results of an experimental study on the influence of internal rod inserts on the hydrodynamic flow regimes of crude oil and gas condensate in a tubular heat exchanger. The experiments were carried out in a double-pipe heat exchanger with an inner tube diameter of 20 mm using smooth rod inserts with diameters of 10, 12, and 15 mm. The effects of feed mass flow rate and insert geometric parameters on flow velocity and Reynolds number were investigated. It was found that reducing the flow cross-sectional area by installing rod inserts leads to an increase in fluid velocity and changes in the flow regime. The obtained results demonstrate the possibility of improving the efficiency of heat exchange equipment by controlling hydrodynamic conditions without modifying the main structural design
