Abstract
The work investigated the methodological features of forming thin and weakly converging beams of electron bremsstrahlung of the MT-22C microtron using a system of two axially separated slit collimators. The experimental setup and design of the collimation system are described. The influence of the geometric parameters of the collimator on the intensity and angular divergence of the beam was analyzed. It has been shown that the use of two short collimators reduces the contribution of scattered radiation and improves the quality of the formed γ-ray beam
