Abstract

In this study, the morphological and elemental composition of the red pigment synthesized from waste iron sources was comprehensively investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). SEM analysis revealed that the pigment particles possess a porous, aggregated, and polydisperse morphological structure. The EDS results confirmed the presence of iron, oxygen, and sulfur elements in the pigment composition. The obtained results demonstrated that the synthesized pigment has a stable inorganic structure and can be considered a promising raw material for the production of paints and coating materials
