Abstract

This article analyzes the expression of state governance terms such as military commander, judge, elder, leader, and biy in proverbs and their gender significance. In traditional societies, these positions were associated with men's social roles, and qualities such as power, justice, wisdom, and leadership were valued as masculine norms. In proverbs and sayings, these terms have become established as linguistic symbols of power and have served to form gender stereotypes. The results of the study prove that the linguistic use of state administrative terms reflects the traditional gender hierarchy, the system of cultural values and social roles
