Теоретическое осмысление понятия «Международная журналистика»

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the concept of “international journalism”. It examines the differences between the concepts of “international journalism”, “foreign journalism” and “global journalism”. It argues that each of these concepts is distinct and represents a specific sphere of activity. The author puts forward a hypothesis regarding two approaches to defining “international journalism” proposing to view it, on the one hand, as a specific form of activity in the field of communication aimed at creating materials on international topics for the citizens of one’s own country, and on the other hand, as a sphere of preparing and producing content of international significance intended for audiences in other countries
