Advokaturani o‘zini o‘zi boshqarish institutining mustaqilligini yanada kuchaytirish muammolari

This article analyzes constitutional, legal, organizational, and institutional problems related to further strengthening the independence of the institution of self-government of the bar in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article puts forward scientific and practical proposals for improving the self-governance of the bar based on national legislation, international standards, foreign experience, and the opinions of scholars
