Abstract
This article describes a methodology for organizing STEM-integrated education in history lessons based on the scientific heritage of Abu Rayhan Beruni. For use in the experimental group, 5 STEM modules (“Beruni – the first GIS specialist”, “Beruni and Big Data”, “Beruni’s engineering solutions”, “Beruni – experimenter”, “Beruni and modern technologies”), 2 PBL projects and 2 STEM cases have been developed
